Description:

White background with purple peace pipe (or tomahawk). The outer rows of the belt are purple bead lying horizontal line the length of the belt.

Suggested to be MicMac Peace Treaty but is open to discussion since similar design patterns are known to have been used on Algonquin material during the early period.
